Tonight starts Yom HaShoah- Holocaust Remembrance day. My mother will be speaking and a memorial service.

She is one of the last survivors alive- the generation is dying out. Soon there will no longer be anyone alive who was there.

That is sad that there will be no one left with first hand experiences - but a good thing that many of the survivors put the stories to paper.

The entire episode can be summed up in four words. The first two are amusing and only mildly embarrassing:Exploding vibrator.It’s the second two that make the whole thing so horrifying.Battery acid.

It’s rainy and dreary today and will be until Wednesday afternoon - so I am depositing a super BLURF which should just about cover it.
