In that thread he expresses disappointment that things have gotten so PC that (young) girls can’t take compliments (from men literally old enough to be their dads) about their tits.
Again: a 7th grader. Should have felt flattered. 
ETA he does make the point that it would be a flattering reference from an older relative to a 15 year old girl. Cause that’s not skeevy at all.
