I’m gonna shut up and leave this thread alone after this comment, so feel free to respond or not. My point is not out who is or isn’t objectively attractive, or whether such a thing exists. My point is that you have made that decision for everyone in the thread, and rather than allowing people to express their opinions you choose to tell them they are wrong.
As I noted before, I would not have added Queen Latifah to the list, but for completely different reasons than you. You claim she is too attractive to be in the list – I claim she is too unattractive (for whatever reasons) to be attractive to me. Some other people agree with both of us, not that it really matters. But I find your certainty that people either are or aren’t attractive and you are the judge of which, very offputting. I suggest using the phrase “I disagree” rather than “No” or “Bullshit”.
The only one in this whole thread who is simultaneously “trainwreck/ugly” and “hot” to me is, surprisingly, Grace Jones. I mean, she is weird as hell and scares every guy I know, and I am a straight girl…but I find her pretty hot. She is so goddamn unapologetic for everything she does. She doesn’t take any excuses and just does whatever the fuck she wants.
Lady Gaga can bite me - Grace Jones did weird first.
She’s not famous, yet, but I see her in commercials all the time. Alexi Wasser is very odd looking but really exotic. These are the ones she’s probably best known for:
[About a year and a half ago I noted her as my newest crush](If we were looking at the sun from somewhere far away, how many of our planets would show up using our search parameters? Shouldn’t we be looking at a longer time scale?). I have a good deal of trouble imagining anyone would find her repulsive.
Why is it so hard to stay on topic in threads like these? If the person you’re itching to post about has appeared on magazine covers, has taken non-ironic glamour/fashion photos, or is widely hailed as a beauty even though you personally kinda think her knees are too sharp so she totally qualifies!, she doesn’t belong here.
Dig deep into your psyches and dredge up the shameful crushes you don’t even let yourself think about for too long because that funny feeling in your pants is too disturbing to contemplate.
Come on, where are your Anne Ramseys, your Margaret Hamiltons, your Marty Feldmans?
After reading this thread, I don’t know if I’m contributing to the train wreck, but what the hell. Y’all can tell me if I’m violating the spirit of the OP, I can handle it!
Anyway, the actress who plays River Song (Alex Kingston) in the latest Doctor Who seasons is, in my opinion, quite ugly (unattractive face*, bad hair, etc). But she’s got a body I could bounce off of all… day… long.
*I can see that others would be attracted to it, but for me… blech. Sorry, Ms. Kingston.
Recently at work, we had an entirely silly discussion in which the consensus was that Alex Kingston is either the hottest ugly woman on the planet, the ugliest hot woman on the planet, or some combination of the two. She’s not really ugly, of course, but her face is kinda ordinary. But she has a way about her that just screams “Let’s have sex. I promise you’ll have loads of fun. Possibly I may ruin all other women for you, but that’s hardly my fault.”
Puppy kicking, public intoxication, urinating on yourself or others, horrid plastic surgery, meth face, repulsive hygene habits, etc. etc.
Really, it’s not that hard - there are three pages worth of submissions of people who fit the OP and a handful of posts of ‘Actor/Model Attractive’ people with shaggy hair or one pointy elbow.
I find her hot, but she has a “unique” look that I can see being found less attractive by others. Lots of angles. I picked the videos that accentuated her good looks, of course.
