I agree that Arnold doesn’t look bad at all now. He had work a long time ago to fix his lower jaw, which made him a lot more attractive.
Arnold looks fine in his photo. Sylvester Stallone, Micky Rourke, and Burt Reynolds are the ones who can’t help but look creepy even with all the power of Hollywood and professional cinematographers working at it.
That’s a particularly unflattering picture of Harrison Ford, though. He does look pretty good for his age.

The actor who looked best for his age, without (as far as I know) any plastic surgery was Paul Newman.

He also raced in the Baja 500 and the 24 hours of Daytona in 2005, when he was 80 years old (and he’s still in the record books as the oldest driver to be part of a winning team, when his team won Daytona in 1995 when he was 70). If cancer hadn’t gotten him, he probably would have lived to be 100. He was in great shape.
FTR, here is Mikey Rourke from the mid 1980s, I think. I am fairly sure this dates from Year of the Dragon.
I know he’s not an actor, but the first person that comes to mind is Paul McCartney and his shoe-polish hair.
Ringo Starr, on the other hand, has aged much more gracefully.
I’m uncertain whether he’s had work done (if he has, it was done right), but I think Ryan O’Neal, whose around the same age as both Ringo and Paul, looks fantastic for his age. He’s 70 now.

I saw him on Oprah a couple months ago, he’s definitely had a lot of work done, and it’s not so flattering when you see him actually moving. He really has the face-pulled-too-tight look.
Karen Allen looked just fine for a woman approaching 60.
Yes, but he also says in that link that he picked the wrong surgeon to fix his face. So it’s (probably) not just because he got busted up in boxing and needed reconstructive surgery, but that he got bad surgery.

I recently saw a photo of 1960s sex kitten Carroll Baker at a premiere and I thought, “Omigod, she looks terrible!” Then I realized, “oh, right, she looks like what a woman of her age is supposed to look like.” Not used to seeing that on the red carpet!
But she was creepy looking to start.
Meg Ryan is tragic. She used to have a fantastic ‘girl next door’ look, now she looks like a circus freak. And she’s not that old, either.
