Alas, I pit the BBQ!

Re: Sarcasm Pie

Eat me.

[Cartman]Your tears taste so sweet. Yes![/Cartman]

Also: does one eat sarcasm pie the way normal pies are consumed or is it hurled at one’s face? These things are important.

I can’t help but be reminded of Aldebaran.

That part about ignoring the topic is right on. I find that particularly irritating.

Having said that, I now know that I will see more of it.

Goodbye, SDMB.

Goodbye.

So bye bye mister Gnome’Clature guy,
Took my Chevy to Dave Levy,
But couldn’t find the Guy.
The good ol’ boys are eatin’ sarcasm pie,
Mumblin’ this’ll be the way that I die,
This’ll be the way that I die.

Oh and there we were all in one place,
a generation lost in space
with no time left to start again,
so come on, Gnome be nimble, Gnome be quick,
Jack Flash sat on a candle stick
because The Pit is the devil’s only friend…

We were singin’

Damn you, Michael Ellis - now I can’t get it out of my head.

Hey, I think he had a couple of relevant points we should all consider in the morning, if we recall them at that point.
Happy Thanksgiving, all.

:sparks Zippo. Holds it above head.:

Gnomin, I’m not going to waste much time on you, since this appears to be your tearful goodbye, but here’s a sincere suggestion should you decide to stay: You obviously are not a native English speaker. Try to simplify what you are saying, use more basic terms, and leave out the colorful idioms. Your English skills are good, but you appear to by trying to write at a level of complexity above your current ability, and many of us of are having difficulty understanding you . This is probably why you are seeing the ratings and sarcastic comments.

That or he’s just a twit.

I generally agree with the OP. What kind of person saves up all that negative energy so long that when they finally get to a computer they write pages and pages of profound and inevitibly hypocritical indignation over the most trivial or common matters. Very sad.

Next time, do what I do when I’m mad, hit something, preferably with a part of your body so your frustration is turned into physical pain. Physical pain can be easily converted into masochistic pleasure (with conditioning). Or if you have an aversion to physical damage, consider the alternative to this process is more internalized, and relies on an overload of hate in the mind which will lead to a very cathartic breakdown.

Lord Ashtar has a question for you, GnominClature.

Do you like…pie?

And in a classic send off

When come back bring pi

Ah, they’re 1920’s style “Sarcasm Pies.”

mmmmmmmmmmm-

Savory.
