Fenris, I am fairly sure that most of what I have listed can be found in NM. And if it comes to it, you could always hop on over to East and get geared up.
As for other areas to run … Arcane isn’t bad, though you probably can’t run that in Hell (PI dudes will fuxx0r your mana). Run it in NM, though the items that can be dropped are not all that high (TC of 40s, maybe, which means no buriza, for one, and no valk wing helm). If you can run Worldstone 2 to Baal in NM, you should do pretty decently there.
The other thing to do is see if you can get a rush to hell cows (when I’ve rushed people for pay, it’s usually been for the drops and forge). Once there, leveling will be very easy and you should hit 80 within a few hours, if that.
If you want to switch to East (say you mf more and run more stuff and it just isn’t happening), I’d be happy to help you out:)
BTW, another note on the items I’ve listed:
I have been MFing with good regularity since last January. I have found razortail six times, maybe. I’ve found six burizas, about six kukos, one shako in the world, one Tal’s armor, Gladiator’s Bane twice (a fluke, really, but I have a perfect spawn so I’m not complaining), Arkaine’s, one Eaglehorn (no windforce), one doombringer (horked, and no lightsabre or grandfather), etc. Most of what I’ve found are good rare jewelry and such and exceptional uniques. Oh, and lots of set things. But my MF has been between mid 400s and high 900s (when merc got last hit and the planets were aligned). You’ll be more likely to find stuff occasionally regardless of where you run than running meph a bunch, becuse 210 mf just is not a whole lot. Plus it’s NM. My suggestion would be to put on your tanking gear and just go kill a lot of stuff.
