I see this phrase everywhere and I wonder where it came from. In fact, a friend of mine downloaded a very strange music video type thingy with a bunch of techno music and a computer voice saying “All your base are belong to us” and other odd things. But I remember the phrase from before that too, and I ran into it on this board recently.

So where did it come from?
