A few years ago i used to take a nap every after noon while i was at work. Then after doing this for along time i would have a early day and so i wouldn’t nap at work. And I would be completely buggered by the afternoon.
But now that I dont nap anymore in the afternoon i feel much better all day.
Now i was just continue on and not nap, so i guess its different for each person for how they react to napping.
