Am I the Only One Who Actually Likes...?

Cherry Coke is unpopular? I rather like any cherry soft-drink.

Actually, I like pretty much any soft-drink, period. But I perfer Pepsi to Coke, if we’re just talking regular.

I like Merlot more then any other wine I’ve tried so far.

I’ve never eaten a pizza I didn’t like. Not that I’m saying that all pizzas are equal, but in my lifetime, I’ve never found a pizza that seemed disgusting(unless it was obviously disgusting, like having been dropped on the ground or something).

As my cat would say: ::hulk…hulk…hulllk…bleah!::

I like Cook/Thief also. Then again, I liked Caligula.

That’s one of my most favorite movies ever.

I like Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Why? Because in the other two movies, it’s Nazis vs. God. Who do you think is going to come out on top? In Temple, the bad guys have supernatural assistance as well, which means that Indiana’s intervention is actually needed. I watched the documentary on the DVD, and it seems like even Steven Spielberg doesn’t like this movie, but doesn’t want to say so to people who bought it.

Another movie I like that no one else does is Wishmaster. Nearly every review I’ve seen says that movie sucks, but I just love the creative ways the djinn thinks of to kill people. (Of course, I’m referring to the first Wishmaster. The sequels suck as much as everyone says they do!)

I like the songs “Maggie May” by Rod Stewart and “Danny’s Song” by Kenny Loggins.

I like Glamour and Allure, the womens magazines.

I aslo like okra, especially fried with blue cheese dressing to dip it in. This is because I worked at a Cracker Barrel restaurant and developed a taste for their food. Yes, I like Cracker Barrel!

I like the movie The Cube.

I like canned nacho cheese.

And, Odinoneeye, I like that recipe. Mmm, microwaved…

I really liked Tehanu.

I really like the novels of Stuart Woods. I know they’re potboilers and mostly identical. I like them anyway. I really enjoyed The Davinci Code. There have been dozens of threads on here by people who hate it. It’s a thriller folks, it doesn’t have to make sense. I generally like a lot of ridiculous novels, actually.

I’ve seen most of the movies people have admitted to enjoying, and enjoyed them myself, and I know others who have enjoyed them, so nyah :stuck_out_tongue:

But some of you freaks eat very weird things. Whatever happened to the simple old-fashioned goodness of a chocolate chip cookie cheese sandwich?

Where the Buffalo Roam is a good movie. In my experience, Bill Murray fans don’t find it funny and Hunter S. Thompson fans think it is a travesty. Depp did a better job capturing Hunter in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, but Murray was very entertaining in this film. Peter Boyle also had some good scenes. It is a sprawling mess with no conclusion, but I enjoyed my two hours there nonetheless.

Aw, Zjestika, I like “Maggie May” quite a lot. And Cracker Barrel food. (It was one of the nicest restaurants in my hometown!)

I thought of another one: The Foo Fighters. I mean, they’re no Nirvana, but who is? I’ll be jamming to the Foo Fighters no matter what y’all say. Nyah!

I’ll agree. It was no fear and loathing in LV, but it was good enough. I guess I’m a Thompson fan who doesn’t have incredibly high standreds when it comes to drug addled wierdness(but then again, there were a lot of Thomspon fans who apparently didn’t like the Gilliam film either).
