Hey! I’ve been to Malone. It’s also the hometown of Almanzo Wilder. I actually talked my husband into driving from WV to Montreal via Malone & Burke about 8 years ago for that reason. And it was during the Franklin County Fair. <G>

They said he was sharp and they bagged on the song choice, but that he still had a good chance to slide through on likability and past performance.
It’s tragic for someone to work so hard to get to this point…and then to deliver that awful rendition of “Every Little Thing He Does.”

And that was the rehearsal performance. I guess it didn’t get any better, but I still think Stevie was worse.
