Ooo! Ooo! Pick me! Pick me! I would go for anyone but her – except Scott Savol. I might skip the finale because I know he’ll be there. But, anyway, I don’t care for Carrie, but I don’t actively hate her, either. She’s just meh.
What is this dreck that Bo is singing? He was getting drowned out by the band at first but picked it up at the chorus. A decent job with an insipid song.
Hmm. I really DO NOT like this “Long, Long Road” song. I love Bo, but he sounds terrible. Am I a bad person? Wait … Randy doesn’t like the song either. If I am not mistaken, these songs were “assigned” by the producers, right? Please tell me Bo did not choose that mess.
I think in the finals they always start with something that was written for the show. They always suck and the judges always blame the contestants for the suckage.
Gads, this is even worse than the Bo song. She’s bombing with it too. She sounds screechy and out of key. Unusual for her.
Ooof … Carrie does not sound as good as normal. I mean, she is not my favorite, but she is a good singer, and it’s hard to tell right now. She’s flat all over the place. Is it nerves? A bad arrangement? Weird acoustics from being in a different theater? What in the heck is going on here?

Poor Carrie. Her relative lack of professional experience is showing. She looks like she’s going to cry, or yack, or wet herself, or all of the above at once. Of course, I imagine I would feel the same way, so close to all that Seacrestness.
What was Bo singing? And what was Carrie singing? And, is it me, or do they both not sound as good as they usually do?

Drowned out by the band again. I wonder if they’re trying to sabotage Bo by mixing him way down.
I also hope they get a better band next year. They sound like the band at Disneyworld.

I’m not a pro at these, but they’ve played that song in many 70’s inspired shows and movies.
Does it sound to anyone else like Carrie is singing completely through her nose? Or is it just me? The tone of that vocal didn’t do much for me. She didn’t sound very good.
