I thought Kris was great. I missed the first Danny, and first Kris songs, but since then thought his performance was the best and most interesting. That I would like to listen to again.
I kept waiting for the band to kick in. That was gutsy but he pulled it off.
I think Kris has got the “Grandma” and the 8-12 yr old girl vote. I hope it is enough. That was best of the night thus far but I am looking for Adam to hit a home run.
The background singers are screwing up Adam’s song and the arrangement is a mess.
Adam is not bringing the best of Adam tonight.

IMHO, Kris won both rounds tonight.
Adam was hard to even hear at times over the backup singer.
I really, really, really want to throw all of the judges off a bridge. I hate this “see you in the finals” crap they’ve been pulling ALLL season.
This was a crappy show overall. Kris won by a mile, far as I’m concerned (and I REALLY want Adam to win it all, but he was just not good).
That was very generous of Adam to praise the other two like that. I’m sure he didn’t mean a word of it, but the appearance of humility can’t hurt his vote total.
Adam does Aerosmith so much better than than Okey Gokey does.
It is not even close.
I thought both of Adam’s performances were better than both of Kris’ performances. I guess I’m in the minority. Nothing against Kris, but he doesn’t have the pyrotechnic vocal skills that Adam has.
I’m trying to put in a vote for Kris but all his lines are busy - I hope that’s a good sign. pretty please.
Like I said last week, if it weren’t for those ass***** judges, I could enjoy this show.
The way they truncate and edit those song arrangements never does any of them any favors, and it didn’t help Adam any either. The changes were too choppy and abrupt and didn’t give him time to build. I think his Aerosmith was still miles better than Gokey’s.
I really think Adam forgot where he was in the song at one point. One line was unintelligible and he looked sheepish after it.
Nobody’s arguing that he does, but it’s not just about range, is it? Adam is great, and nobody is even close to his league in range and vocal control, but he doesn’t always (mostly, but not always) deliver well-balanced, organic performances. Kris has been more consistent with this, and did an especially good job tonight, though indeed even he has been better this season.
I honestly think it would be a true competition if Kris and Adam made it into next week. Danny is just a one-note snoozefest.
Kris kind of bores me, to be honest. He sounds like anybody you’d hear in a coffee shop. Frankly, I think I’m just as good with an accoustic guitar and a microphone as he is.
ETA, I’d still much rather see Kris make into the finals than Danny.
