I was on the highway the other day and saw a car with a sign saying Pale Rider Driving School.

I know a guy named Ferris who owns a bicycle shop. It’s called Ferris Wheels.

A famous landmark in Portland is the Hung Far Low restaurant.

During the oil boom, there was a place in Anchorage called Twin Peaks Bra Shop. I think it may have been a front for another business.

I’ve seen vehicles for two rival companies, one called Underground Surveying and Analysis Ltd, and the other called Underground System and Sewer Repairs.

The vans have huge logos for USA and USSR along the sides!
ETA: Actually, looks like they’re two different branches of the same company!

There was a sushi restaurant here in Montreal with the name “Fukyu”. If I remember correctly, it is an actual real Japanese word. They did have to change the name after just a short time, though, because it was getting complaints.
