Der Trihs’s outrageous posts are so commonplace that they’re just boring, and easily overlooked as a result of jaded familiarity.
That no one blinked is not a sign of agreement, or acquiescence, but rather a sign of “Oh, yeah. Der Trihs is being an asshole again. >Yawn<. It must that day that ends in y.”
Unless you want the SDMB to turn into The Der Trihs Show, you can’t reasonably expect us to repudiate him each and every time he makes an assholish statement.
The list would be a lot shorter if you asked who didn’t.

Actually, I think nobody really said anything when DT posted mainly because he has toned down his zealotry. Not because he’s grown as a person or someone managed to reach out to him despite his bigotry, no. He knocked it off because the mods finally started warning him like any other epic asshole.

There is a distinct difference, though. A rectum can be and often is full of shit for extended periods of time, whereas an anus is only briefly full of shit, in the process of distributing its unappetizing (to most, anyway) content.
