So I was thinking about what might have been said, and I came up with an answer:

“And for God’s sake, whatever you do, don’t, under any circumstance… speak (say anything) about (the size of) your dick!”

Because later in the scam scene where Matt Damon as Linus imposes as an agent of the gaming commission as he tries to convince the casino owner that one of his employees has a criminal record, nearly has a slip of his tongue:

Linus: “Apparently, he’s got a record longer than my… well, it’s long.”

So that solves the earlier question I think. I thought I’d post it here.

I always thought in that line he almost said “Apparently, he’s got a record longer than mine” but caught himself in time and turned it into “my…(whatever)”. Because a gaming commission agent with a record would be a bad thing.
