She’s been underemployed for a while, doing the best she could in retail. She’s been trying for a while to earn extra money selling Avon and so forth, but ended up losing money on those efforts.
But just now, she got a second job, delivering pizzas. It will work with her other schedule, it’s “anything not retail”, so hopefully, she won’t hate it as much, and (I think) she stands a good chance of not getting fired, since it seems like something she’ll be good at. She’s not great at personal interactions, but she’s got an incredible knack for directions, and it seems like this is a job that will downplay the weakness and showcase the skill.
I have no idea what it pays yet, but it will be more than she’s making now, which is a great, great thing. Yay sis!
