Bob’s was a sock or previously banned person with an intentionally inflamatory, based on his posts, name. Home just seemed like a jerk (and there’s a rule against that but I’m still here so enforcement seems, um, to work out nicely

Actually, this started off as a joke, but would it be possible to have “BANNED: SOCK” or “BANNED: TROLL” rather than “BANNED” under the idiots names? Might help cut down on the questioning of the masses.

What accounts for it? The fact that there are two or three assholes out there who have nothing better to do than to sit around and create sock puppets so that they can bad-mouth the administration; UncleBeer and Manhatten seem to be the focus of their obsessiveness, though Coldfire gets his share of abuse. I really don’t understand these people, why they come here simply to annoy and pester and vex; it’s a troll mindset, and I’ve never understood it.
As for which cities- I won’t say, because I don’t want people jumping to accusations as to “who might be behind it”.
As for BYU and homeschool- well, partially it’s the percentage rule, again; don’t show enough substance to whine in the ratio, out you go. Life’s to short to deal with that shit. Partially, it’s that we can see IPs and can connect certain dots.
After living in Utah, I never want to hear about either one, ever again.
