I lived in Providence for a time, so I was used to seeing them everywhere. Since then, I’ve seen one in Jerusalem and one (two weeks ago) on an escalator in Hong Kong.

I’ve seen Obey in a few places in Tokyp when I was there.
I’ve seen them in LA, Seattle, Portland…
Actually considering that they are a commodity now any town that has a Hot Topic store has these stickers.

There used to be some sort of railroad-building visible from the highway here in Cincinnati that had a large, cleanly rendered, and highly visible graffiti version of the iconic graphic for many years. I think it’s only recently succumbed to further grafiti itself, showing you that vandals these days just have no respect for tradition. 
I think Bay Area freeways have at least one Obey sticker every 2 or 3 miles. The bridge toll booths are pretty well plastered with stickers of all sorts. In fact, an anthropologist could probably make a career out of studying cultural shifts by analyzing the layers of stickers.
The “posse” sticker’s been on a lamppost or two in Norwich.
