Anybody know what exactly ‘first-degree sexual abuse’ covers? Is this copping a feel or something more extreme?

Andy Dick has a history of groping women without their consent at clubs and on tour but hasn’t really gotten in trouble for it. Looks like this is a more serious incident than what he’s been known to have done before.
This would surprise me a lot more if it had been anybody but Andy Dick. That guy just radiates the creepy vibe, and he always has.
He was on the Adam Carolla podcast just a few weeks ago, and talked about his 25-yr-old girlfriend and his ongoing sobriety. Sounds like the little dirtbag tumbled off the wagon again…

I only know/knew him from newsradio. Just came across as a bit of a nerd on that. Nothing more. I guess you have to live in his country to know more.
If any Hollywood celeb deserves a stretch in a real prison environment, Andy Dick should be at the top of the list.
I haven’t liked this “Dick” since he appeared on Trading Spaces. His costar worked her ass off cleaning his filthy kitchen and redecorating it. Andy Dick complained and bitched the entire episode. I’ve never seen such a lazy arse in my life.
The celebrity episodes of Trading Spaces were always my favorites. They usually jumped in and worked hard. The Dick episode is nearly unwatchable because of his attitude. The designer and Andy did such a shitty job the woman was crying after seeing her room. It was his costar on his tv show.
If only he’d change his given name to ‘Randy’.
There was a worse one, a show where people tried out to be his assistant, too. He is rude and nasty and I hope he goes to prison regardless of his guilt in this case or not. He is overdue for other things seen first hand, I’d convict right away, put me on that jury, please.
I can testify about this firsthand. I was in a bar in L.A. a few years ago with some friends and Andy Dick came in already drunk. He stumbled through the crowd and pretty much “fell” into my friend’s breasts. At the time though, we didn’t know he had a history of doing that, and the whole thing just seemed so surreal that we kind of laughed it off instead of thinking about pressing charges. I assume that’s what happens with a lot of people, but I’m glad it’s finally caught up with him now…
And just to let you know he is an equal opportunity, obnoxious, asshole drunk, I too have witnessed him in LA coming into Gay bars and just grabbing crotches at random and stumbling around until bouncers toss him out. He was 86’d (banned) from several Gay bars in West Hollywood.
I thought he was gay. I guess he is a people person?
