That’s the story Lovitz tells, (supposedly, Dick actually sarcastically joked/bragged about giving Hartman’s wife coke, after she had been sober for a few years) and Andy Dick was also with David Strickland (from the TV series Suddenly Susan) who hung himself in a Vegas hotel room after spending the weekend drinking and drugging with A.D.

I didnt realise that this current arrest was in West Virginia—hopefully the W.V. courts wont be as forgiving of Dick as the California courts have been…

I remember the story now. I’ve heard Lovitz talk about it on a radio interview a few years ago, it basically follows what the link below says.
