The real election is 2 weeks from today. Who’s your man?
Probably pointless among the Doper community as I’m certain this will be a monstrous landslide, but let’s do this anyway, just for fun.

Do I have to show ID to vote in this poll?
Nate Silver has SDMB at a 96% chance of going to Obama.
I wanted to say something like this, but it wouldn’t have come out so witty. Or, um, And Silver has me at a 100% chance of finding this hilarious.
Why so low? I’d put it at the same likelihood as that of DC going for Obama, i.e., effectively 100%.
(But I put in a “not voting”, since I’m not a US citizen.)
I’m voting for Obama. RI is generally solid blue, but it’s also full of idiots and in this election I’m actually concerned. Otherwise I’d probably vote for Harold Stassen again.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say 100%.
Rasmussen polls are skewing the percentages.
Well, you have to log in, so, yes.
I’m a little surprised that Romney did as well as he did here. I figured he’d be neck and neck with Someone Else and Undecided…
The unskewed version of this poll shows Romney winning by a hair.
I already had a thread here: http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=661737
Because this is SDMB Obama Country, the only possible way for this poll to be at all interesting would be for it to show which third party candidates are getting SDMB votes in 2012 for 20 minutes.
Reducing the third party candidates to “someone else” makes this poll lame. All we get to see is an Obama landslide like a motherfuck, which we all know already.
Qin did it better.
Whereas, Rasputin psychic polls had him predicting Obama’s win on this SDMB poll back in 1914.
Has anyone gone back and checked at how accurate our polls have been in the past wrt elections? I seem to recall that Kerry was way in the lead in similar polls, but on the other side of that Obama was predicted to win here against McCain. Anyone know how the polling went in the Bush/Gore race?
who the heck comes into a poll about “who are you voting for” to choose “i’m not voting” or “undecided”??
If you aren’t voting or dont know who you are voting for, why even take the damn poll???
