[QUOTE=Hal Briston]
My wife took this one of me teaching The Littlest Briston how to water the garden the other day.
First of all, please allow me to say "I’m glad to meet the …err…“sheeper…er…er…”
I’ve totally loved enjoying the sheep thread…but maybe not asmuch as you have.
NEW: I totally loved that pic you posted of the blonde handling the fat pussy… http://www.sirblah.com/photo/view.php?album=Shayla&mode=&start=401&pic=Shayla417.JPG&picindex=417
what?
I said WHAT? What kind of freak are…
oh…
Nevermind…
(Again: Nice to meet you!)
My camera phone works better sideways.
Or maybe I just look better sideways.
But for comparison sake, here’s an upright with my best friend on vacation (I’m in the DBacks hat)
And finally, my eyemakeup turned out pretty good last week and I was snapping a picture in the car to send to a friend of mine. The overexposed result is kinda neat.
Me at the Oceanarium in Lisbon. It’s a couple of years old now, but it’s one of my favouritest photos ever.
…and a slightly more recent one, just for the hell of it.
I dont know if i can link pictures straight from myspace but lets give this a try.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/75073195@N00/?saved=1 This is me and my boys taken just a few days ago. I really like the mood that my husband got into the shot. There are a couple more in the same album but they are all old now. I was shocked to see that my elder son is now nearly as tall as me - eep! He’s not 12 yet!
Goody, I love Picture Threads!
I was hoping for another one soon but I was too chicken to start one.
Unfortunately I still don’t have any new pictures since the last thread. I have a disposable camera almost full of photos taken this so far year but I haven’t gotten to the end of them yet.
So I’ll have to post the two I did last time. These are still the two most recent. I look the same anyhow; I just wish I had some new ones.
Anyhow, sorry about these old chestnuts; I’ll get some new ones up after this weekend if the thread is still going.
Okay, I’ve set up a flicker account. Now I’ve a favor to ask of dopers…
What’s the best (inexpensive) camera to buy? I want to use the camera exclusively to post online. (I’m a newbie, so I hope that makes sense). I’m not worried about vistas or long-range shots. I prefer closeups, such as shots of a knit or crochet stitch, or pics of my grandson.
What camera should I buy? I work at WalMart, so I’d like to buy from there, if possible
Love, Phil
Well, I haven’t done this in a while, so I’ll go. I’m generally horribly unphotogenic, but this self portrait turned out good.
I think this one pretty much sums me up. Yes, I’m wearing a dress, why do you ask?
Probably because you’re going to get x[sup]y[/sup] requests to marry, where x and y are both multiples of 14. Dibs!!!
You keep your finger away from my butt and I think that you and I could get along very well.
I recommend any Canon Powershot that is in your price range.
I believe in the sharing of faces on a faceless board. But, sorry doods, I’m not a hot dopette…
First, me at the last Detroit Dopefest.
Here is my georgeous wife and I up north at a lighthouse overlooking Lake Michigan.
Oh, all right.
Here’s me.
Jeez, if I’d known how hot some of you were, I’d have treated you better. Rowrrr.
Here’s a pic of my and my doggies taken a couple of weeks ago. The pics were taken because the big dog was dying of cancer and she passed on less than a week after this was taken. I miss my puppy…
Here’s an obligatory camera phone shot with the naughty librarian glasses. I think it’s kind of a “meh” shot but people comment on it a lot.
