Another question for the Ladies....

I have really, really coarse hair. When I shave my legs and other areas, I often get razor bumps. Also, it’s nearly impossible to get a totally smooth shave, and as soon as the stubble starts growing back (later that day) it’s very uncomfortable to feel my legs. I don’t really want to do the whole waxing thing, because that requires that I grow everything out a bit before I can wax…thus, in between waxing, I’ll have the unwanted hair and stubble on my legs!

So I want one of those creams that sort of dissolves the hair. I’ve tried nair, but it hasn’t done much. Can anyone recommend one that is both effective and gentle on sensitive skin? Thanks a lot!

Okay I know this one…

If you shave as soon as you are done use an alcohol based after shower spray and you won’t get those bumps but you have to use it immediately.

Also about waxing, I wax too but I wax pretty much continuously and after a while the hair stops growing back…pretty weird but it gets really really thin so it isn’t so noticeable.

I don’t like depilatories like NAIR simply becaus ethey don’t seem to last very long at all, only a coupe of days and the hair is right back but I used to use VEET ( I think that is what it is called in the US) it is something else in Europe but the same product. It is really about the same as NAIR.
