I have no freaking idea what the hell you’re talking about in your first sentence.
As for the second and third, you’ve made a faulty assumption from the start, that I believe left-wing people can’t be anti-gay. Let me just clear that up for you now. You’re wrong. Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong. Others have already pointed out the dorkiness of your “national socialist party” comment, and while I don’t claim to be a student of Soviet history, what little I do know leads me to believe that the practices of Stalinism bear little resemblance to the theories of classical Communism. This thread, however, is hardly the place to hold that debate.
I don’t know why you felt the need to justify a right-wing freakbag’s disowning his daughter for being lesbian with the excessively lame “well I bet lefties can be anti-gay too” defense, but it’s just stupid. First off, that there may be somewhere some leftists who are anti-gay, that bears no relevance to the topic under discussion. Secondly, in point of actual fact, leftists tend not only not to be anti-gay, but actively pro-gay. With the notable and unfortunate exception of marriage equality, the American (and world) political left are solidly if not overwhelmingly supportive of gay people, gay issues and gay concerns. That there may be some leftists somewhere who are anti-gay means nothing in discussing the irony of yet another right wing anti-gay jackass ending up with a gay child.
I’m not defending him: I’m pointing out that you’re beeing foolish for attacking him because he’s right-wing. His disowning of his daughter is more than sufficient; his politics is irrelevant.
It’s this sort of behaviour by people such as yourself which lost Kerry the election.
His politics are most certainlynot irrelevant. He and his ilk espouse a political philosophy based on “family values” and Judeo-Christian principles. To turn on a member of your own family, and ignore the most fundamental tenents of your supposed religion, simply because of a person’s sexual orientation is ugly and hypocritical. The world is better off without “family values” such as those.
Back in the day, my construct of gay was, among other things, “goes around fucking random men.” (I had more of a construct of gay as pertaining to men; lesbians weren’t as much of an issue). There were some appearance/acting things (the whole limp wrist thing, dressing in flaming clothing, etc), but the key was wanton unprotected sex with any man in the general vicinity.
Now, granted, this is a step … up? - in terms of rabidity and disconnection from reality - from the AFA and such folks, but it’s still hinging on the requirement of (so-perceived) lewd behavior, knowingly and deliberately disregarding social norms to make someone gay.
I don’t know if they can’t seriously consider the notion of GLBT people who don’t fit that mold, if they don’t want to or if they have an idea, privately, that it isn’t really like that but they’re making good money with their views.
But then I tend to think that the loudest (or most powerful) anti-gay folks have found something that pays the bills, and hey - it isn’t hurting them enough for them to stop. There are marked few I think are sincere.

And it isn’t something (their views) they’re going to change or challenge unless it’s profitable for them to do so. There’s still a lot of money and power to be had in the continued efforts to disenfranchise us.
I don’t know if they can’t seriously consider the notion of GLBT people who don’t fit that mold, if they don’t want to or if they have an idea, privately, that it isn’t really like that but they’re making good money with their views. I tend toward the last of those options.
