I’m trying to remember a tune which i (or my bro) had on a 78rpm record
at least 40 years ago, probably US jazz, 40s or 50s.
Here is a rough
version i knocked up from memory.

Sounds like it should be Count Basie, but i’ve been through spotify and can’t find it.
I’ve heard it before, but I suck at identifying tunes.

Heh. For the longest time I only knew the interstitial music played on the local NPR affiliate as ‘The Ho-Hum Song’. Turns out it was the universally-known Freddie Freeloader by Miles Davis. 
Nice, but sadly not it !
