I have only heard it as ‘anti Fist Amendment’.
Obviously Trump would not call himself ‘anti-fascist’, since he is a fascist.

Antifa started in Europe, the fashioned themselves in the spirit of anti fascist German groups from the 30s (and see how well that worked out)
Basically they are in the game of justifying their angry, abusive and violent tendencies by calling people Nazis.
“Antifa” means “anti-fascist,” and that’s how the word’s been used since I’ve first heard it maybe five or so years ago. Critics will say that it stands for “Anti First Amendment” because of the violent and silencing tactics some (many? most?) antifa demonstrators use.
Antifa are left wing extremist, bullys who shout down and call anyone who tries to hold a dialogue with them, “Fascists” and “Nazis”. They feel the first amendment doesn’t protect hate speech or Nazis. Though convienently it is them who decide who the Nazis are and what constitutes hate speech.
They are almost always white, middle-upper class cretins from age 16-35 (though there are exceptions of course). They almost always wear masks and have a vocabulary of about 50 words.
Really…anyone in this thread who arn’t aware of them…avail yourselves of them in Boston and Berkley. They somehow manage to make Trumpsters look good.
Fake news. The guy they arrested is a Trump supporter trying to stir things up.
As I said, I’ve only heard it as ‘anti-First Amendment’. I stand corrected.
Oh, I understand. What you heard refers to the same people; it makes sense since you heard if from far-right extremists, who especially view their actions as anti-First Amendment, so they’ve reworked the meaning of the name much like, I dunno, you might hear far-Leftists say GOP stands for greedy old pricks or something like that.
Pretty sure you’re wrong.
If it is…man that is some DEEP cover. Dude anticipated Trumps election some 15 years ago…became a leftist professor…anticipated that 4chan would find him via the kind of pen in his back pocket…dude is fucking Professor Moriarty.
I took his statement as a parody of right wing talking points, where they say fake news, Hillary supporter stirring shit up.
I thought he meant that a Trump supporter was claiming to be the guy who committed the assault, which had me really confused until I realized he was implying the assault was committed by a Trump supporter.
Neither scenario is very plausible.
This.
Watch this video. The “anti-Nazis” are the ones behaving *like *Nazis.
I think I did it right. Besides, who believes anything in the lamestream media or something that 4chan hacker guy says? So it probably didn’t happen.
Already taken to task, but yes, your assertion does not align with actual facts on the ground when taken entire.
