A little while ago I stumbled upon a link to a animation festival called The Animation Show put together by Mike Judge and Don Hertzfeldt. It looks like a collection of their animated shorts.
I checked their schedule of shows, and found that it happens to be playing here in Edmonton from February 13th to the 16th.
Seeing as how I’m single and have no real plans/dates for Valentine’s Day, I’m planning on going to see it on the 14th. The friends I asked so far have both given me vague “maybe” answers as neither are single and may be busy. I hate to go to movies alone, so I thought I’d throw out an invite to any dopers who are likewise single on the Day of Love. Or even if you’re not single and just like cheesy cartoons. All are welcome.
