One Wednesday night, a few weeks ago, I had just finished watching “That '70s Show” (I’m a big fan of that one too) and there was nothing else on that looked good. Fox was premiering their mid-season replacement “Grounded For Life” that night. It didn’t look that good in the promos, but it did have Donal Logue (sp?) in it and I liked him so, I figured I’d check it out. Well, the flashback story-telling style was a little different to get used to, but overall, I thought it was a good show.
Now, it has become one of my favorite shows. Last night they had a hilarious parody of “The Matrix” and “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” set as a school yard fight. It was great. The humor is intelligent and well written. I try not to miss it.
From what I’ve seen and read about viewership of this show, which is nothing, I have no idea if it’s succeeding or not. So, I figured that asking the TM what they thought would be a good way to get some idea.
Well, what do you think?
