I hate to discourage aha’s hopes, but it’s doubtful Cece will answer. This is based on the simple fact the testy misanthrope himself identified the existence of the Teeming Millions. Face it, he has his hands full fighting ignorance and if he starts personally greeting all his devoted minions, it wouldn’t leave any time for Spreading Truth and Deflating Pretension.
