Well, I didn’t graduate from UVA, but I did attend it for 2 years back in the early 80s. I’m willing to answer questions, but remember that my knowledge is 20 years’ old and things may have changed. e-mail is in my profile.
I’m neither an alum or student, but I know a few of both, and there’s a 1/3 probability that I’ll be a UVa parent in 2 years. I can ask your questions for you if you like.

Jester is, I believe, still a regular member here, though Real Life has impacted his posting time inordinately over the last couple of years. He’s a junior there, and, from knowing him over the years, I’m fairly confident he’d be more than willing to answer questions.
