Any way to save "autofill" contacts in Apple Mail?

Not sure that is clear so let me explain.

I have a friend who is on a Mac using Apple’s Mail program.

She wants to export her contacts which I did for her. She looked at it and saw only 11 entries and I showed her that there are only 11 entries in her address book.

She says, “No, I want ‘these’ saved,” at which point she starts to create a new mail, types in an address and the system autofills the names based (I am guessing) on people she has sent mail to in the past.

That second list is substantially longer than what is in her address book but it is not in the Address Book that I can see.

Is there any way to export that list?

In Mail, go to the Window menu and select Previous Recipients. That will display a window with the list of email addresses in the AutoFill.

There is a button on this window to add those email addresses to Address Book.
