This sums it up for me. It’s not the girl-on-girl that bothers me, it’s the meritricious teasing without any delivery. It always bugs me when television tries to sell network safe non-porn as daring or “steamy” too. We have the internet now. Don’t let your promos write checks your ass can’t cash. There is no Megan Fox nudity in this movie, and the implication that there might be is the only thing they’re trying to sell it with. It’s an empty stereo box.

I think we’re starting to see more male homoerotica become more common, and not just in the context of serious studies of homosexuality, but guy-on-guy as entertainment for women. There have been hints of that on True Blood, for instance.

I think it would make me less comfortable, just in terms of physical comfort (I’m not really comfortable naked but it’s a physical thing, not a mental/moral one). Pasties just don’t look very comfortable to me.
