Going on day 5 of not being able to log in.
When asked to enter my email address, I’ll enter it, then it will ask me to enter my email address again. It keeps doing that. I can’t even get to the part where it asks to enter my password.
If anybody knows a fix for this I’d be truly grateful. 
Never mind, I figured it out.
In case anybody else is having this problem. What you do is, instead of clicking “log on”, click on “sign up”. It will then ask you for an email address. From there it’s pretty straight forward. (It won’t ask you to pay again)
SMH, was on the phone with Disney last night for 10 minutes and couldn’t figure this out.
