Anybody know how to contact Nickelodeon Channel online?

A little background: We like Chalk Zone at our house. I don’t know why, it’s just a soothing, slightly surrealistic show. Picked up on it after a friend fell in love with it on CBS, but it’s no longer shown there. So on to Nick. Nick is more challenging to find anything on, due to constant marathons of overexposed shows (Hi, Rugrats!) and chronic schedule pinball. So we needed a guide.

First, TV Guide couldn’t deliver. The show shifted from about eight Saturday morning to noon, and TV Guide never caught on. Zap2it.com and Yahoo TV listings were no better. For a while, a Toon Zone poster was giving the weekly schedules from Nick, but he got inaccurate, then abandoned his site. Then came flailing attempts to get the home PC, ten years old and still struggling with Windows 95, to comprehend Shockwave-heavy Nick.com. I finally looked at it on a work computer during lunch hours, and got a time. It turned out to be the wrong one. This happened again. And again. And now I’m hearing a new one was on last night that was never announced that I saw.

Now I am sore unamused. We haven’t seen the show in over a month and it’s not like I’m not trying. But I can’t contact Nick. The only e-mail address listed is the privacy one. I gave up and tried it; they sent me a snail mail address. Just what I want, my letter to disappear in the mail room someplace.

Does anybody know how to contact Nickelodeon via teh Intarnet? I know they have to have something, you can’t build a website that overly complicated without a committee spread over at least three states. I’m not wanting to ask much, I just want to know where our show went and if it will be back and if so, when?

I would really appreciate some help here.

Seeing as Nick is a kids’ network, I don’t see any adult-oriented contact links on the website. (Which, in my opinion, is a shame: every kid-oriented website worth its salt should have a “parents and teachers” section. But then again, I also think every company worth its salt should respond to complaints. I realize you’re as angry as Snap can be right now, but I’m just saying, there’s a likelyhood your letter will be ignored. Big business. Go figure.)

The best I can give you is the address of the mailing:
MTV Networks, Inc.
1515 Broadway
New York, NY 10036
(212) 258-8000

Nick’s parent company’s website (I didn’t see any contact link there, though)

I found this page, from which you can email Nickelodeon. Here is a page with all their contact info.

According to my TiVo schedule, the next episode to air on Nickelodeon is Saturday, December 18th at 2:00pm Central time. The episode title is “When Santas Collide.” The same episode will be repeated on Friday, December 24th at 12 noon.
There are more episodes airing on NickToons, so if you have that channel you should check the schedule for ‘Chalk Zone’.

My kid and I are big fans of the show too.

Ooh! Thanks for that info. We’ll have to tape it, I guess.

Yes, the lack of a parents and teachers’ area is galling. This is thenetwork of Linda Ellerbie and the Big Help. It would be one thing if education-free Cartoon Network had nothing like that (I’ve not checked to see), but for Nick to have nothing is amazing. Guess they’re getting 37 cents from me.
