Anyone else creeped out by Cindy McCain?
I can’t look at her. She can’t be helping him.
Are you extra good looking or something?

She looks like a fairly attractive woman to me.
If you don’t already know, you are too nice a person for me to tell.
If it’s MILF, it’s probably FLILF, to be analogous.
Michelle O would definitely make my personal FLIWLF list. Being a very, very short list.
I agree. Michelle Obama is totally hot.

Oh. I guess if I were a guy I’d feel that way too. I’m forced to admit her husband makes my list.
What puzzles me is that I’ve seen pics of her from a fews years, not a lot, back, when she was coloring her hair a bit darker, a bit more straw-colored (sort of yellowy-browney sort of color), and it was shorter and somewhat curved rather than long and pulled directly away from her face the way it is now.
I’m against tight hair on all people. On middle-aged women, it’s just all kinds of wrong.

I agree; there are very few faces that aren’t significantly improved by a frame of some depth.

She doesn’t do it for me. Different strokes.

BTW, how tall is she? Barack is pretty tall, and she seem to be about his height. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Certain Republican women always often vaguely creepy to me in the first place: women who seem content that men should always lead (should always be the “deciders,” at least publicly), or women who would have opposed universal suffrage a century ago. Cindy McCain seems kind of like that. Creepy.

As for her looks, I try very hard not to be judgmental about a woman’s appearance. But certainly I don’t find that sort of thick makeup, fake hair color, and face-lifted appearance to attractive to me personally.

According to IMDB, 5’ 10 & 3/4 ".

2½", or not.

Must be the heels. Barack is a lot taller than that.

What evidence do you have that Cindy McCain holds any such views?

I mean, she’s spent the last eight years running a beer distributorship. Beer! She can’t be that evil if she sells beer by the truckload.

It’s not very good beer.

Also according to IMDb, he’s 6’ 1-1/2" (six feet, one and a half inches).

I don’t think she does. She just seems like she might.

I didn’t know about the beer. What kind of beer does she distribute? That might improve my opinion of her a lot.

A beer distributorship that she inherited from her late daddy.

Anheuser-Busch beers, so Budwiser and whatever their other brands are. (also I don’t think she really ran the company, she was chairman of the board after her father’s death left her as the majority shareholder.)

In fairness, you might also want to consider some of her positive characteristics and accomplishments. This link from snopes might be interesting.

Another good article is one from the Wall Street Journal in April.

Read that again. She went to Kosovo to clear land mines. She also gives the organization and seveal others money. But she has actually gone and helped clear the mines herself. Creepy? We all should be so creepy.

Has she had a life of privilege? Yes. Has she been generous in giving back to society? Also yes.

I doubt she literally cleared any landmines herself.

The philanthropy is nice, but really pretty easy for someone like her. I think she’d serve herself better by not pilfering from her charities, and her philanthropy does not make her appear any less vain or shallow, but yeah, she’s throws a few pennies in the kettle now and then. Bully for her.
