Randomly, a few weeks ago when I go to “My Orders” screen on Amazon the option to see “Open Orders” has disappeared. I only see a list of every order, digital orders and canceled orders. Since I order a lot this has effectively made the screen useless. I e-mailed them several times and once I got a response suggesting they were “testing new site features” and other times got unhelpful instructions on how to go to the “My Orders screen”.
Has this happened to anyone else or just me?
My “Open Orders” is still there.
When i go to the “Your Orders” page, i have four selections across the top, from left to right:
Orders Open Orders Digital Orders Cancelled Orders
And now i’ve typed “orders” so many times that it doesn’t look like a word anymore.
Go to the your account page. There is a listing for your open orders. That is where I found mine as I also lost the open order button on the main page.

Indeed. I found this as well.
It was gone yesterday, now it’s back. Probably just a temporary glitch.
aceplace has an open order for cans of soup if I remember right, hopefully he’ll check in w/ an update for you.
It returned a few times briefly for me too but the went away again so you may not be out of the woods.
I’ve been see my orders in a random order.
Not “newest order first-oldest last”, but slightly scrambled.
I phoned Amazon–they blew me off.
