Yea, 5:00am for me too. Worst part is, I didn’t go to sleep until 1:30am.
But, that’s me. I havn’t slept well since the 70’s.
At least the sun’s rising earlier!
Chriminey I totally forgot too!
Thats awesome, here I was thinking that its 1:20 when its really 12:20
My three year old doesn’t get this whole thing, so yes, we were up at 5:40 am. It’s just as well, getting him up for school on time was starting to turn into a battle.
I’ve been awake since 4:30, and up around 5:00. It’s going to be a very long day.
Yeah, it’s gonna be a long day for me, too! My friend is coming over at 2pm - that’s like 8 hours away! I will be ready for bed by then! Haw haw.
I briefly woke up around 5:00, decided that I really didn’t want to be up - though I must have shifted around enough to bring one of the cats into the room, begging for attention. I ignored her.
I rolled over and managed to sleep for about another hour, but that’s it.
I never went to sleep. Then again, neither did BabyTeaElle2: Electric Babyloo.
It’s gonna be a loooooooooong day.
Oh, yes. I forget about this every year and was wondering why it was so dang dark at seven o’ clock. Early to bed tonight, then.
Yep. It’s Sunday and I COULD be sleeping in-both kids and the husband are sound asleep, but noooo, my internal clock wakes me up at 6:30 AM and tells me I apparently have better things to do.
I’m glad to know it’s Sunday, but what time is it?
I think this is the first time I’ve totally forgotten about DST in at least twenty years. The first time I woke up was about 4:30, but decided to lie back down until the much later time of 6:00.
I, however, am sort of glad I got up a bit earlier. It’s so nice and quiet and nobody’s bugging me, for a change!
I’ve either got the beginnings of a mild head cold or allergies, can’t say which, so I didn’t sleep very well, but I did sleep a bit longer than usual.
Still, getting up at the equivalent of 6:20 hurts. At least I knew about it once. A couple of years ago I had to be somewhere at 8 AM on that Sunday and got up…and when I turned on my computer it told me it had reset itself. AAAAAAA!!! I could have used that extra hour.
You see, I’m so out of it I can’t type straight. “Once, a couple of years ago…”
Actually I like it written that way:D
Oh I made it to 8/7 am. Maybe it was the pot I was dreaming I was smoking with my assistant manager.
Update: Well, the sight of my warm, cozy bed was just too inviting, so I went back in for an hour-long cat-nap…

Oh, yeah and in my REM dream-state, I dreamt that I high-fived a 12 fingered man.
Yeah, every year I tell myself “Oh cool, we get an extra hour of sleep tonight” but then I just wake up an hour early. I don’t mind so much because I have a long car ride trip up to mother-in-law’s house for her birthday and it gives me an extra hour to do “around the house” stuff I wouldn’t get done while we’re there.
Clocks going back an hour? What are all you people going on about???
Clue, for those of you who don’t have one.
