I shotgunned season 1 a few weeks ago and the season 2 opener confirmed (hands down) that this is my favourite Canadian show on TV.
I like how the cinematography, silent pauses, and the emotional gravity gives the show the feel of an independent film or mini-series. It’s really shocks me that I’m so dulled to the flashy one-liner/snappy comeback, techno music style of modern cop shows (CSI/Blue whatever).
Bravo Bravo, thanks for bring this good show to English Canadians.
