Anyone have a Netflix disc disappear while being sent back?

Netflix seems to be having some shipping issues. I sent some discs back Monday and expected them to be received and resent Tuesday. I never got that they were received, but today I got a “we’re sorry” message saying that they got the discs and haven’t been able to reship and that a credit may be issued.

Me too. I’m glad my little mistake didn’t crash the whole system. But they still haven’t gotten those two…I guess I should wait till next week to report?

Netflix hasn’t fixed their shipping issues since the major crash two weeks ago. They took 4 days to receive three disks I sent back this past week when normally it takes 1 business day. And they emailed me at 2:45AM Sunday notifying me of a shipment that I had already received (and returned!) the previous day. Not to mention that they sent me one disk in two pieces.

They still have a ways to go to make me a happy camper, er…customer.
