I heard that the episode “Unfinished Business” will have a 25 minute extended version on the DVD release. Anyone have it yet?
It’s that boxing episode with flashbacks to life on New Caprica.
Anyway, my question is this. I want to grab that individual disc off Netflix. Is the extended version of Unfinished Business on Disc 3? That’s how it’s listed in Netflix, but I want to make sure.

I liked the extended cut better, but my wife liked the broadcast ‘less is more’ version better. I don’t want to give anything away, but the additional scenes give a bit of insight into why these people did what they did. Also, Tigh gives us his secret for avoiding a hangover…don’t stop drinking. I’m also glad that Moore & Co. found a way to utilize Olmos’ talents as a song & dance man. I’ll say no more.
C’mon back and discuss after you’ve seen it.

I just started watching it via Netflix. So far, I’m pretty blown away.
Without spoiling it, I’ll just say that the Galactica’s little maneuver for launching vipers at the start of the New Caprica rescue was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen.
