For the last two days, I’ve been able to sign into my hotmail account; however, unable to access the E-mail. Well, the service lets me go to the E-mail list. From there, though, no joy. The only active thing there is the sign out link.
Any ideas on how to resolve this? I’ve tried using two different browsers and two different computers.
I don’t have the fix but Hotmail is working normally for me, so it’s not system-wide.
Whenever I run into this it’s the browser cache. Hotmail is always modifying its scripts and for some reason browsers are unable to detect this and continue to use the old ones in the cache, which results in buttons, etc. not working.
I clear the browser cache.
