I saw that Courtney got arrested again last night. Did anyone one watch her appearance on Letterman? How was she? I suspect she was a raving loon. How was her performance?
The interview portion of Love’s appearance was very entertaining, as I think we all knew it would be. Not only is she insane, but Letterman does a great job of egging her on by pretending to be flustered by her antics.
I thought her musical performance was kinda crummy, especially at the start when the band wasn’t making enough noise to cover up her donkey-like braying.
She is one big train wreck and everyone is watching to see the final railcar go off the tracks.

I made it a point to watch Letterman last night.
Courtney Love is the new Johnny Rotten.
I don’t think she’s insane, but her brain’s just a little fried from the drugs.
But she retains enough brain power to know that people will pay attention to her only as long as she remains outrageous.
In other words, Dave’s not the only one egging her on. Her entire fan base demands it.
The whole “can’t take your eyes off of a car wreck” thing is in play here, I think. I know that’s why I tuned in last night. Will she be stoned? Drunk? Will she flash Dave? (No. No. Yes!)
Unfortunately, those who continue to push the envelope in regards to outrageousness usually come to a bad end.
I hope the courts take her daughter away from her before she self-destructs and causes her to be harmed.
She was out there…I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more rambling mess of a person on a talk show. The only exception I’ll take to the linked story is that she didn’t really flash him. I don’t think her shirt got above the lower curve of her breasts. Not being a fan I don’t know this, but has she always been this way?
What an absolute wreck indeed. She was totally off her face and annoyed me to no end. But inexplicably I decided to watch the entire segment, so I guess Spiff was right
