The best Dip games with open press are those with anonymous open press, something impossible here of course. People would post as their country’s leader, but also with other alternate identities, and things would get deliciously twisted in short order.

Does this website have options for other type of press than PBE? When we used to do Dip games on the Dope I was always up for them but as they dragged into the 4th month and email communications dwindled to nothing I often got really bored and often neglected my duties. I wonder if a faster paced game or a game with open press would be brisker and more entralling.
I have this crazy idea about offering my services as a mouthpiece for black (anonymous) press, where players send me information to publish, and I post it verbatim and unattributed. Thoughts?

I like it, but it seems really labor intensive and opens concerns for timeliness. At that point you might as well GM the game and ditch the website altogether.

After you submit orders, do you have to click a confirmation button or anything? Right now it says “0 orders left to give” under the orders tab. Does that mean my units are all gonna try to do what I told them to once the turn triggers, or do I have to do anything else?
The way I see it, you should be good to go.
Of course, these first turns will go faster than later turns.
