Personally, Esprix isn’t the martyr. (I used to think he was, in another thread, much similiar to this one, only much more well written, and I was proven wrong. ) No, the martyr is YOU. I’m not even going to BOTHER arguing with you…it’s like trying to convince my cat to stay downstairs-the cat never listens and I get annoyed and sleep deprived. (And besides, my cat’s a lot cuter than you will ever be…)

Been thinking. Maybe Miss Sassy is all tongue-in-cheek. Being a newbie, she may be trying too hard. Having tried her hand at it the first time as a lark (and perhaps without much aforethought) and having noticed by the reactions she elicited that she ‘screwed the pooch’, she made a second (mostly adversarial) attempt just for the hell of it, to keep the flame alive in a way. Surely, comments such as
must have been made in jest. Judging from her posts in other threads, she seems to be a fairly decent person (granted, with a rapidly expanding bosom, but that’s beside the point) not necessarily given to rants and such.
So why such a radical change in attitude here? Simply because it’s The Pit and she wants to be treated as a full-fledged Doper just as aspiring members of biker gangs must first prove their mettle by accomplishing some evil deed before being officially admitted into the sacrosanct?? Maybe. Or maybe this analysis is overly elaborated and what’s left of the good-naturedness in me somehow refuses to face the evidence, plain and simple.
So, as far as I’m concerned, the jury is still out but presently leaning towards Guilty.

He is a wonderful person, and in no way shape or form presents himself the way you say he does.
