Is Chrisk using US official names or Canadian official names?
I have you at 220 after the bonus which I calculated at 45 points.
I think he’s worried that since I have the bonus I can over bid on the items and still gain in points while everyone else will lose if they beat me.
Digger : Do not forget that I actually held rule 8 from the start. I had asked Chrisk in pm if I could disclose rules for free, as I had in previous Haggle games. [If memory serves, I think you were there, too. :):D;)]
When I first saw 8, I had to ask for clarification, because Chris used “Quarter” to mean 25% and ALSO 25 cents. As originally written, it made Rule 8 real confusing.
However, I noticed, and commented to Chris that this was going to be the double copper rule. I figured that Chris wanted multiplication in this game, but figured that the double copper rule from Hoard was too “broken”. I Immediately saw 8 as a “fixed” double copper rule.
Rest Assured Digger, if anyone else had gotten 4 quarters that early in the game, I would have done the same thing.

But hey, we have a definite haggle history now. Can’t wait to see what I will do in our Next Haggle Game.

Ah, okay, that does make some sense for a constant multiplier effect.
That’s pretty much it. We have to over reach, just to come CLOSE to what Digger can bid. If we do actually have to overbid Digger, we will have to large a gap to possibly make up.
Maybe not. I thought I had, but I might have forgotten to add it in. That would put him ahead of you.
