Are there any Ancient Latin speakers here?

Hiya all…

I want to name this sword I’m making for the theatrical medieval weapons group I’ve joined.

I’d like to call it Peace Keeper

(yeah, I know, I know, pretentious huh  ) But I’d really like to have this in Latin, seeing as it’s design is loosely based on the crusaders sword.

So, can anyone help me?

Other words/phrases I’m thinking of are: (to be used for naming other weapons that I’ll make eventually)

Peace Maker

Spirit

I’ll also appreciate any suggestions, but that’s not the main point of this.

Thanks.

Lee

Custos pacis = keeper of peace

Pacifex = maker of peace

anima = spirit, in the sense of soul

spiritus = spirit, in the sense of life or life-force

From this site, how about Imbellis Custos?

Or, there’s always Eacepay Eeperkay.

Wow. cool!!

Thanks UDS and Ethilrist, although I’m not really sure about the pig latin

pacificus -a -um [peacemaking , pacific].

How about Atomus Weaponis?

Although, Maximus has a nice ring to it.

Naughtius Maximus!

(sorry! Deis, I’m sorry!)

Hey, since we’re translating Latin, can somebody tell me if this is right?

I wanna put my motto on my coat of arms, which is “Nothing worth doing is easy”. From extensive web research, I found out that the phrase “Operae Pretium” means “worthwile”, which is close enough for me, so I think it’s:

“Nusquam operae pretium facilis est”

Is that right? close? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx!
