Looks pretty much like how they all were. Even using the real lips to animate the mouths cost more than just showing a still picture, so they went to stills whenever they could.

I kinda don’t think so, because everything in their faces and lips were bigger (What I saw). NOT what’s in the episode you showed us.
Sorry , but Clutch had a “bigger” face, as I remember seeing him ---- wherever I saw him, my friend!
I know they do this kinda stuff on Conan, but with current celebs. NOT with “Clutch”.
Lord have mercy, maybe I am mixing the two of them up somehow, or could it have been some OTHER cartoon series?
