Okay, a lot of people hate onions, coconut, lima beans, brussel sprouts, etc.
But what I am talking about here is the thing you hate that EVERYONE YOU KNOW eats and enjoys. The thing that makes you standout from the crowd.
Mine is carbonated beverages. I don’t know how you all drink 'em. Those bubbles in my mouth and --yuck!–my throat feel like they are burning me. I do not drink soda, sparkling cider, champagne, beer, nada… it is NOT FOR ME!
Peanut butter. I hate it with a passion. My hatred of the dreaded babypoo-coloured gunk is beyond all reason. It’s bitter, twisted, and deeply personal. Peanut Butter knows I hate it, and I can hear it snickering when I scurry by in the supermarket on my way to pick up some Vegemite.
Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t abide are carbonated beverages, peanut butter, water melon, sasparilla, tea, coffee, cornbread, cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, pork, chicken and mushroom soup.
Cheese and tomatoes. Together or seperate. I hate all types of cheese with a passion. I can tell if something has had cheese on it and it has been removed.
I also do not like coffee or most types of fruit.
Space Vampire, maybe we can start an anti-cheese league. We could fight against the evil that is cheese and all its evil propaganda.
Mushrooms and cilantro (corriander). Weird thing is that so many of my friends love the stuff and they all, at one point or another, try to convince me how good it is and how much I should like it too. They never seem to understand that to me, mushrooms taste like basement mold and cilantro like bathroom potpourri.
Mayonaisse, Cheesecake, Strawberry Icecream, Soy Milk, Potato Salad, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, ANY sort of fish (with the exception of smoked salmon). I’m a picky eater
