Are there any symptoms of illness NOT associated with COVID?

We’ve known for a while that this virus is pretty creative in the many bodily systems it can affect and the different ways it can present. Last night my left wrist broke out in hives, and more out of curiosity than concern I Googled “COVID rash” and it turns out that this, too, could be the mark of the beastly 'rona. (I’m sure in my case it’s not, but still.) So it got me thinking: is nothing sacred? Is there any sign or symptom of disease not yet associated with this one?

Certain signs and symptoms are still pathognomonic for certain diseases, and aren’t covid. Pathognomonic is defined as a sign or symptom that is so characteristic of a disease that it can be used to make a diagnosis.

Koplik spots in the mouth are pathognomonic for measles. Kayser–Fleischer ring means Wilson’s disease. Pseudomembrane on tonsils, pharynx and nasal cavity means dipftheria.
There are others.

I’m feeling much relieved, thank you!
Oh Godott, maybe it’s cancer Alzheimer’s!

The good thing is that if you get a rash on the palms and soles of your feet, it’s far more likely to be secondary syphilis than Covid-19.*

Aaargh, don’t do that.

*it could be lots of other things as well, but most of them are pretty unpleasant too.

The primary symptoms that I’ve read about for tetanus, I have not seen mentioned in connection to Covid. (It ain’t pretty.)

I suspect that what’s going on here is just that so many people have had covid, that there are bound to be some who also have a gash, a rash, or purple bumps. Someone comes in to the hospital with covid, and happens to have a rash, the doctor’s going to write that down, even if the rash is actually from an allergy to detergent or something.

The Venn diagram for hemorrhagic fever has some pretty big divergences as well.
