Are there words that you type wrong, every time?

I continually misuse parental and prenatal interchangeably. It doesn’t help that they are anagrams of each other.
(and I made one of my friend’s night when I spent a couple minutes talking about the evils of manufactured memories and how it created the belief of prenatal child abuse in many of the patients of those who were looking for buried memories.)

Soul often comes out as sould.
I often type mouth as mought.

I have no idea why

Convienient.
Particularily.

I’d estimate I type believe as beleive about 75% of the time. Another common typo for me is ration for ratio; apparently my fingers think that the letters tio should always be followed by a n.

convenience. (veni, vidi, vici)

It should be convienence. I think. As in via.

Goddammit.

Me, too…can’t tell you how many times I’ve typed “Saraj” instead of “Sarah.” I fear that one day I will send an e-mail signed Saraj to someone and they will think I am a complete moron who can’t spell my own name.

Maybe there IS a reason some folks spell it “Sara.”

How about aobut? I think I make that mistake because it allows me to go back and forth from left to right.

Detriot is a major city in Michigan.

I can’t think of anythinkg I type wrong. There must be somethinkg…

When in need of information, I occasionally find I’ve surfed to gtoogle.com.
G is directly below T on the keyboard and it’s easy to hit both at once.

I generally type “always” as “alwasy” and “the” as “teh.”

I find a greater problem for me is leaving out whole words. And then proof-reading it and not noticing, because the word was in my head so it must be on the page.

99% of the time when I mean to type “field” I type “filed”

Brian

“moer”

Moering a file in UNIX does little unless you’ve aliased the typo due to frequency of usage.

I worked for Sprint for almost a decade. Typing spring takes supreme concentration.

Same; For me, it’s “ratio” that always comes out as “ration”.

Receiving…recieving…

Oh, here is a CLASSIC: “capabilites.”

Try googling “corporate capabilites” and you will see that many companies prefer these to the more old fashioned “capabilities.”

I haven’t checked google to see who shares my preferences for these spellings, but I bet they get loads of hits:

Commericial

Enviornment

Incidently

I always type kdiney or kindey instead of kidney. I’m a vet, so I do use this word often.

I’d say it’s the Vodka.

My typo word is “fresh”. Every damn time it comes out “freash” if I’m not careful.
